Q: How are travel grants issued?
A: Travel grants are issued as reimbursements. You must present a receipt of your expenses when you register at the conference, and reimbursements will be processed and issued after the conference is over.

Q: What’s the deal with the Sunday activities?
A: All of the optional Sunday afternoon activities are offered in Boston, so everyone will take the buses back together from Woods Hole (unless you have your own transportation or other plans). The buses will leave Woods Hole at 1:30 pm sharp. One bus will stop at the airport (arriving there around 3:00 pm) and then go to MIT, the other one will go straight to MIT. Based on interest in the logistics survey, we are offering the following 3 activities in Boston: (1) MIT campus tour (good option for people with early flights); (2) Freedom Trail tour; (3) Harpoon Brewery visit. You are free to join any of the groups when we get back to MIT.
